"I had an appointment at 9 AM for a tooth extraction. I arrived at 8:40 and called (as instructed). I spoke with someone and they told me they’d give me a call when they were ready. At 9:45 i called again and was told that my appointment was gone and they were booked up until July/August. I’ve had this appointment for months (been in pain for months) and no one tried to offer a better solution than me leaving in pain. Very disappointed"

"All the staff was nice. The Dr. took out my son's wisdom teeth fast. He didn't have much pain at all, even after numbing wore off."

"Dr. Jett called me his favorite patient every time he saw me. He was kind and friendly. I was referred to him by Dr. Anderson (who I don't recommend), to have my last two wisdom teeth pulled. I called ahead and asked if Jett and Sellers took my insurance and I was assured that they did, and was scheduled to go for my teeth removal. The removal went fine, I ended up with two abscesses but that was in no way Dr. Jett's fault. I have an auto-immune condition and I am always on immuno-suppressive drugs. Weeks later, I received an outrageous bill because my insurance had been denied by their office. Even though I had been assured that they took my insurance before even making the appointment and was left with more medical debt. They refused to admit that they had not checked that my insurance was accepted at their office, and that they had lied to me. As a 20-something girl, with Multiple Sclerosis, and a crushing amount of medical debt-- I wished I had just left those two dang wisdom teeth in my mouth in the first place! They wouldn't give me a refund or even a good discount because of the mis-communication or whatever that was. And that is how suddenly, I wasn't his favorite patient. He didn't care that he added to my debt and that his receptionists lied to me."

"Horrible experience! They were combative with me & refused to do as the referral referred. Took 2 wisdom teeth out instead of 4, & didn’t take out the teeth that are giving me the problem. I was walked out to the car instead of being wheeled out still under HEAVY sedition. Which was scary! It was a horrible experience especially for someone who already has a fear of dental work. I wish I could leave a better review but there’s no way. I wouldn’t refer anyone to go to this place."

"I saw Dr. Sellers on 2/13/2017 for wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Sellers made not of our common Military experience, he made me aware that if I had seen him while active he would have placed me in a Cat 4 dental status, undeployable. This status would have raised my Chain of Command directly aware of urgent care. Considering this, and my Dentist Dr. Heriford's recommendation for extraction I decided to have the procedure done. However, I received a phone call this morning from Dr. Sellers referring me to the VA hospital due to my PTSD. In my book I might as well been referred to the NAACP, an Indian reservation, or anywhere else that does not meet "His" criteria for treatment. I have my entire family treated at Dr. Heriford's office, most of which will need their wisdom teeth extracted at some point after brace removal. They will not be going to Jett, Sellers, and Larruso. I will ensure my children are treated at a non-discriminating environment."
