"Ordered 2 subs online for pickup on Friday, Nov 3. Supposed to be ready at 7;05pm. finally got mine at 7;40pm after threatening to get a refund. $ employees with no clear manager, no organization or system for handling online orders and walk-in orders. Staff was frustrated and stressed. this is a recipe for failure. franchise owner clearly needs to be more involved in operation! I will be trying to contact HQ to comment."
"Just want to give a shout out on the team tonight! They all had a smile and great attitude, even though it was busy they smiled and took extra care of our subs. They are probably the best looking subs from this location. Thank you and keep smiling I’ll definitely be back next week - on a Thursday! lol"
"the food is always great. i was in line the other day here and the man In front of me was going off on the gentleman making the sub saying he did not use enough ham on the sub the young tall gentleman with the hat politely handled the situation with a great attitude and overall knew exactly how to handle an "angry customer that was trying to get extra meat for free" way to go staff"
"Ordered online arrived 35 minutes after I ordered… asked when the order would be ready they responded “a while. We only have 2 people and we have a lot of people in line”. I said “that’s why I ordered online to not have to wait”, she replied “well a lot of people have been waiting a long time”. It’s now been 50 minutes since I’ve ordered, with no end in sight. There’s also no way anyone was waiting in store for 40 minutes for a sandwich. Manager needs to schedule better and employees need to work on their pace. We are driving 12 hours after a cancelled flight in Georgia the point was to stop and be in and out quickly, clearly that’s not possible for this place."
"The sub was pretty good, but it was small for the cost, The large was $14 the sub was about 14 inches long, the regular was $9 and was about 8-9 inches long. Drink and sides were separate, it was $25 for just a sub and a half with no drink. The sub tasted good, but it could have had more meat for the price. The restaurant was very clean and neat, and everyone serving or cooking was masked."
