"Lengthy but true experience-went to Templeton for cap on chipped tooth,he said no way to cap it,was to far gone,had to pull tooth,as I didn't wanna do this because it was in front,he assured me a bridge be fine don't worry insurance will pay for it,so as I'm laying bleeding I'm told the bridge would cost 3500,ok how much for my part then,oh well that is your part-insurance covered 1500 so he's telling me a one tooth bridge is 5000,hell no..truly believe he thought I'd be embarrassed and beg for the bridge-fast forward to last week, different dentist from outside the tri cities,I asked if he could cap a broken tooth, yup,even if it's just a nub no problem,longer story short here,got a root canal,crown,and one tooth bridge for 2500, Templeton asked 5000 for just the one tooth bridge,not including the crown or root canal just the bridge,all because of his inept abilities and greed and pulling a tooth that could've been capped..I wouldn't take my broke down mule to this guy,on top of ripping people off apparently his ability as a dentist is far below others outside the tri cities,which by the way are all ripoffs after me going outside the area and learning this..would highly recommend going outside the tri cities area for dental work and WOULD NOT recommend Templeton for a dam thing..only reason I give a one star is I don't have the option to give zero stars"

"The front office staff are great. But the female Denist, Dr Campbell and her assistand, Lisa are cold and uncaring. I was like a tagged cow in a herd, except I think vets treat their patients better. Pitiful."

I was so impressed with how well they worked together and they put a real emphasis on making an uncomfortable procedure tolerable. Dr. Campbell tells you why they are doing the procedure, what the process will be and about how long it will take and she puts you at ease. Dr. Campbell is not only a skilled dentist, she is also a caregiver. This quality is also evident in her team members. Hannah, the dental assistant is a graduate of the Dental Assisting Program at MECC and was very attentive to detail."

"I have been taking my kids to Dr. Templeton's office for years. We absolutely love the friendly staff, especially their receptionist Dawn. She makes you feel so welcomed when you come in the door, so friendly and she puts your mind to ease. The Templeton's are both so sweet and they want the best care for their patients and have done excellent work on my children's smiles. Highly recommend this office."
