"Hey guys. I’m sorry, but I have to write a bad review about this place. I had an appointment on a Friday for them to look at my brakes and quote me a price. We called them Friday late afternoon before they closed and they said they took it for a test drive and there was something wrong with the brake. They apologized and said they did not get a chance to look at the car, but they will Monday. Monday come and we called them in the afternoon to see how the car was. They said they haven’t had the time to look at the car yet but will call us back before they close. I call them at 5:30 which is when they closed because I still haven’t heard from them. They apologized to me for not being able to look at my car due to having a bigger job that took longer than they expected. I was highly disappointed in the customer service and the value of my time. I have had to borrow a car due to my car being in the shop. I would have appreciated it if they would have been honest from the start and not allow me to book an appointment with them if they couldn’t look at my car. I would of taken it to another shop and had it reviewed there. This place made me feel unimportant and lesser than this big job they had."

"Limped into Davis Auto Repair from the main road with an engine skirt that had fallen down on my way to work. Despite having a full garage got my car up on the lift within 10 min and only charged me $10 to fix. I know a good and honest shop when I see one, I now have them saved in my phone as my new go-to shop. Definitely recommend."
