"I've done business with Ed's Automotive for several years, with multiple vehicles. I was first referred to Ed's by another shop when a check engine code indicated a catalytic converter failure on a vehicle with over 200,000 miles. This was a major repair that Ed's completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Later, with the same vehicle, I had a problem that stumped my regular mechanic. Ed's technician took a ride with me to experience the odd noise first-hand, then stood outside the vehicle and listened while I shifted alternately from drive to reverse. He suspected a failing transaxle, which turned out to be the problem. It was replaced and I was a happy customer. I was most impressed when the mechanic took the time to understand the problem. Since then, Ed's Automotive has been my regular mechanic. Their expertise, courtesy, and integrity are unsurpassed."
