"I would give them 20 stars if I could! Anytime I have had to take my car in, John has been so helpful. They get things done very quickly but also correctly. Just today I took my car in to make sure my front passenger wheel was okay, because a shop in PA did not tighten the Lug nuts on the tire after replacing the rotor and my car was shaking because they were so loose. John was more than happy to fit me in to make sure nothing was affected as well as to make sure the torque was correct, and he did that at no cost! Also, for all the young women out there, this is the first car shop I have gone to where I do not feel like I will be taken advantage of when it comes to the cost of parts and labor, they are very fair and transparent!"
