"I have a 2019 4Runner TRD Off Road, stock. I put new tires on it at NTB about 4 months ago and had them do an alignment, as the SUV was pulling to the right. Couple months later I went to Haley and had them do an alignment, both leaving me with the same issue, was straight but veered right (plus the steering wheel was not straight). After some reviews online I decided to take it into Richards to see if they could fix it and 45 minutes later, they did. The SUV drives straight, doesn't veer and rides much smoother now too. I would highly recommend them as they know stuff. Not all places know how to do an alignment and the computers they use don't always fix the issue."
