"I was in search for a new recliner and had went to another furniture store in the area, because I had honestly had forgotten about Grand. My experience there was pleasant and the sales rep was very helpful and showed me what I was looking for and it was on clearance. They do have a protection plan for four years at $169 I believe, but the down side was no deliveries on clearance items unless.. you pay a delivery fee of well over $100. So when it came right down to it, it was going to cost well over $1,000. That's when I decided to go to Grands and I am so glad that I did. Not only did a wonderful sales rep come to my aide,but he didn't pressure me into anything that I WASN'T looking for. Their protection plan was way more reasonable and 5 years instead of 4! I did opt for a fee for the delivery driver to bring the chair into my home instead of just a drop off but with the wonderful experience that I had it was well worth it and I will most definitely be referring them to others!
