"Didn’t realize you can’t take your purchase with you when you buy a refrigerator. They don’t keep appliances in stock now. Have waited 10 days for a delivery that was suppose to happen between the hours of 11am-3pm. Still hadn’t seen delivery by 4:30pm. Call them and they can’t tell me where my delivery is! Next purchase which will be soon will not be purchased at Lowe’s!"

"Girl at Customer service desk , basically stating she didn’t have time to pull up my phone number and order an additional 2 solar lights after I spent $7000 on an aluminum fence ( doing this to make sure I reordered the correct ones to match ) put me on hold for 7 minutes, so I called back the she told me this was a working desk and she would find someone to do it , I waited 10 minutes on hold . Approximately 1:45 in wise va. On Dec 5th . Very rude person, shouldn’t be in customer service if you don’t want to be of service. Have had an account for years with no problems until now. No light ordered today."

"This store had the general selection of products you'd expect from Lowe's. The staff was courteous enough. However, there was only one employee working the lumber area (which is understandable, it was a Sunday) and he was busy servicing another patron. Now, I had asked 4 different employees for assistance in finding what I needed. 2 employees told me " If it's not in X look in Y" and two others(at the customer service area) sent me to the already occupied lumberyard worker. Ended up taking me 1½ hrs to find & pack the order to the cash register. This is why I rate this store 3⭐ 2nd visit 10/11/23: found one(ONE) person who help me find the items I was seeking. Out of the 6 people I asked for assistance, 2 spun me off in a general direction, 2 had no clue of anything, 1 didn't know the department she was sent to work in, but she did call for assistance and the gentleman that arrived was courteous and knowledgeable. Took me an hour to locate all the items on my list (most in the final 10 minutes of the excursion). Corporate needs to focus on employee working knowledge and customer involvement. 3⭐"

"I had a washer and dryer set that was bought 2 days ago. I was told that there were four in stocks and that my purchase was locked in and nothing would be sold out from under me. Well ithe washing machine wasn't delivered . When try calling to find out why they refused to call me back within 15mins as promised and wouldn't give me answers."
