"My husband and I recently came in to pick up a few things after my physical therapy on my broken arm. We went to the checkout counter where three people were standing, two were talking one I'm not sure what he was doing but we never were even acknowledged and my husband and I eventually just left our items on the counter and walked out. Pain and soreness are bad enough, but being ignored on top of that is worse. I hope they do better. Otherwise, we won't return."
