"I think they take care of so many people that it’s routine and individuals are not considered. People are just a $$ there is no compassion or bed side service. I understand things happen but how you handle it is paramount. A little compassion goes a long way. Not only did I experience my situation but a very upset client in the waiting room with no one to console her that I reached out. I should have run then. Do better. No one cares here this is the 3rd doctor we have used here with 3 bad experiences. Seems like a different doctor would be a key but they’re all bad and staff is not much better. Do not go here. Update there is no way to make things right. One child is forever changed the other is traumatized and has to live with what happened. The 3rd was a financial thing. Three strikes. We won’t be back and I will advise friends and family to steer clear."

"I got my wisdom teeth removed from them a couple years ago. I went to my dentist recently and they did an x-ray and saw that they didn’t remove all of my wisdom teeth. They cut one in half and left the root in. Just got out of surgery at another oral surgeon to get it removed. Do not recommend this place. Bad practice"

"Dr. Solomon did an amazing job with my wisdom tooth removal. He was knowledgeable and personable. He had obvious experience and let me know of the potential for dry socket and what to expect. Thankfully, I had very little pain and no complications at all. The front desk/nursing staff was also very sweet and knowledgeable as well. They answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease. I had a wonderful experience in all aspects."

"My daughter had anxiety about getting her 4 wisdom teeth out. Dr. Solomon took time to talk to her prior to the procedure. He made her feel comfortable and she is healing well. The staff are caring and helpful. We are grateful to them and would not hesitate going back if needed."

"The receptionist would not schedule a consultation for me because I could not tell her the exact doctor who wrote the referral for my children to see an oral surgeon, but I could give her all the names of the dentists in the practice where we attend. My kids have seen all the dentists in the practice. I could not remember the exact doctor who happened to write up the referral last so she would not schedule the appointment. So I will find another oral surgen. Ridiculous. I told her I could get her that later and she still refused. Ridiculous. Customer service does matter. You may not care but I do. If your doctors tolerate this kind of practice, I would not want you operating on my kids."
