"I have been a patient for years now and have always liked going there however I called today to get a cleaning and they told me that since i had not had a cleaning for awhile that I would be need to be treated as a new patient to evaluate if i needed a complete cleaning or not. if its been that long wouldn't you think i needed a deeper cleaning I asked if they could give me an appointment for a deep cleaning and they said no i would have to make two separate trips in. i have already been in before for that first visit assessment when they try to tell me about replacing my old fillings with the latest and greatest matching ones im old and don't plan to change them . if I have issues ill come in for that I just wanted a cleaning before i retire There is no reason for the second visit if they find a problem when they are performing the cleaning then i will make an appointment to get that issue fixed and just food for thought how can you make a proper assessment if your teeth are not cleaned first?"

The DR was extremely professional and spent time reviewing past records and doing a very detailed examination prior to suggesting a treatment plan that he would submit to the VA.
