"Absolutely Love the hygienist here. Unfortunately the service from the rest of the staff especially Sandra is terrible. My son had his teeth whitening done here and he had such terrible chemical burn. Tried to contact the office and left voicemail which received no call back, no follow up call and no post op instructions either! I have done zoom whitening on my patients in the dental field in Arkansas and never have my patients had chemical burn like this. Definitely need practice and training. Asked for my kids and my records. We are going elsewhere!"

"After cleanings, I was told my son needed 6 fillings! I scheduled an appointment and was worried, but figured it was necessary. We went to the next appointment hoping they could work on three of the six. My son was pretty nervous and doing a very good job of NOT crying. The dentist was pretty impatient and told him he couldn’t do anything if he was crying. He gave up before trying, told us he needed to be sedated and walked out. We went to another dentist, had his x-rays sent to them from this place and waited to see if they could work on him without sedation. The second dentist couldn’t find anything. They did more x-rays to be sure and lots of investigating and found only a spot of discoloration that they buffed right out. So, he went from 6 cavities to nothing to be found? Fast forward a year later and another dentist visit, still cavity free!"

"Great bedside manner made me feel comfortable in the chair with is manner & with the procedures he let me know when I would feel any discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit. Front desk staff could be improved she did not have a welcoming manner she kept telling people to go sit and wait she would get to them soon, Mean while I waited ten minutes to schedule my return appointments while she gossiped with another patient (after she told me to go sit and wait) Then the lady proceeded to pull out her planner and decide to make appointments for her children. I was not going to wait another ten minutes with gauze in my mouth and my face numb. I was a little ticked off about this, But overall I had a great experience with what matters most the Dr and the Hygenist."

"This dental group is wonderful! My kids recently had there teeth cleaned & were very nervous but Georgette, the dental hygienist, was very caring, gentle & put both my girls at ease. The office manager, Shelby, goes above & beyond EVERY TIME, calling insurance companies, working out payment plans, etc. I would recommend this dental group & the entire staff for anyone wanting a great dental place!"
