"What an amazing meal and experience. Last night of restaurant week and the bar and dining area were packed, but not one employee lacked a smile. Hannah really made us feel special and went out of her way to make sure our evening was unforgettable. The steak au poivre was the only picture I remembered to take (this time), but the salad with pear and goat cheese, raw oysters, and chocolate moose were so delicious and gone before I could capture their memory. I'll be back here very soon!"
"truly excellent restaurant I was surprised to find while stopped in Roanoke. Sat at the bar and the service was phenomenal. Had the burger and bison osso bucco, both were good. Cocktails really stand out here and I loved the belgian beers on tap."
"Sidecar is easily a top 3 dining experience in Roanoke if not #1. I ordered the Amberjack fish with risotto and butternut squash, sauteed in brown butter. Spanish Octopus and Charcuterie for the appetizers. A review does this place no justice. Andrea was our waitress and her service was without flaws. She answered all of my questions, was highly informative, and provided very personalized service. Ask for Andrea and tip her good!!!"
"We have been here for finger foods and cocktails several times and have always had an enjoyable experience. The food is better than many bars in the area, but there aren't a lot of vegetarian items. However the cocktails are the star of the show! Each cocktail I have had here is elevated and all of the ingredients are carefully crafted. The Honest Mistake, 1929 Martini, and the Crown Jewel are some of our favorite recommendations."
