"I had to get a small amount of body work done on my car from wear and tare. This was not a big job not a big money maker but Ray's treated me as if it was. They went out of their way for me to make sure the pricing was the best and got the products in ASAP. I ended up needed more parts than we had originally thought, none of this was their fault and they worked with me on the pricing. They ordered the parts right away and let me know when they came in. The office staff is very friendly and polite. They did a great job fixing my car and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done to their car. "I am so impressed by the quality of service, workmanship, and communication style of this hometown business. The price was fair and honest too. My 2021 Hyndai was rear-ended last month. I took my car to Ray's to get an estimate for repair and ended up leaving it there to be fixed. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company to get my car as good as new. They even drove me to the car rental place in Tyson's Corner to pickup my rental car when it became obvious that the rental car agency was going to be majorly delayed in dropping off my borrowed car.
