"Dr Rayo is great. Thorough cleanings done by Dr Rayo himself, not a hygenist. (I've only ever seen him and a receptionist in the office.) He asks if you have concerns and really takes the time to address them if you do. You can get an appointment quickly (within a few days or a week), but you may need to leave a message and let them call you back. He's punctual, never tries to upsell on products or services. No TVs, no ads, just classical music playing in the background. Vibe is slightly old school, but I mean that in a good way."

"The one time I went here the service was fine, it was just a routine cleaning. The building is old but not gross. The low rating is because they never pick up the office phone so it's impossible to get an appointment. I've tried calling multiple times over different weeks and nothing. Very frustrating."
