"The treatment team that took care of my son’s oral procedure(s),which required general anesthesia, was A+ and more. My son is on the Autism Spectrum and Moderate ID. They were patient with him and attentive to his special needs. Took time to include me in the treatment planning, carefully explaining everything along the way. Highly recommend!!!"

"I have avoided a dentist for far too long. I gather up the courage to be seen here. The dentists are all fantastic. They made me feel like I was in good hands and that I didn’t have to feel any kind of bad way. So far so good. Then we get to the person that wants to discuss pricing. I ask for itemized email to show exactly what I am needing and the costs and suddenly I feel like I’m at a used car dealership. I am reminded many times that I signed a quote. I am never given the copy that I requested. It just feels wrong. Spider senses definitely triggered. I don’t mind paying. I know what I need is expensive. But I don’t want the financials discussions, or lack of making feel like I’m at a sleezy car lot. The sales tactics she tried on me sadly work on many people. It’s upsetting because the dentists are great and I was excited to move forward. I’d say they are definitely worth checking out but insist on a detailed cost estimate."

"Customer care and responsibility does not exist here. They never communicated with us and cancelled my little brother’s essential cleaning FIVE days before his appointment. When we called to clarify why this happened, their simple response was “they are no longer going to service my brother and Medicaid”. My brother is a special needs child and to have them cancel within five days before, is a disgrace. A simple personal call way in advance would have been acceptable. It would have provided my brother enough time to find another doctor. Just be careful with the staff here. They do not care for children who really need care and who look up to them for their well-being and care."

"This has been the most awesome experience! Everyone is so friendly and warm. Dr. Ali and Dr. Rasool are patient and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, they lessened my anxiety by explaining exactly what they would do, and answered all my questions. I felt confident they would take good care of me. The support staff is amazing too, always making me feel valued and cared for, and never too busy to take time to help me. I was nervous about having dental surgery, but I am so glad I found this practice, and I strongly recommend them! You will be glad, too!"
