"I went to Old Towne Auto Repair shortly after they opened on Friday with an urgent need for an oil change due to my negligence in allowing too much oil to be put into my Toyota Camary. My Dad, a former B-17 mechanic instilled in me that too much oil is as harmful on a car engine than not enough. The fellow at the front office took time out to check my oil indicator stick without hesitation. It clearly was overfilled. He told me to leave the car as driving would be detrimental to the engine. The next available appointment was April 10th. The day I brought in my car was April 1st. I walked home with my bicycle pump and nursing study materials which was a 3.1 mile walk. I was intending to use my bicycle in lieu of driving my car and cancel my work related obligations. Friday afternoon I received a phone message that my car was ready and could be picked up Saturday morning, the very next day. I was thrilled to be back on the road. Saturday morning at day break in the drizzly rain, I walked 3.1 miles to Old Towne Auto Repair and gladly paid my bill and retrieved my car. I have used this facility for the five years I have lived in the Manassas area. My Dad and the remainder of my very large family all use the services of Old Towne Auto Repair. I recommended them often to anyone I know who is in need of reliable auto repair needs."
"Great guys- I take two vehicles there, and they will tell me if I need something. If I don't, they don't upsell or scam you. I've found them to be very honest. Make an appointment tho- their schedule is packed some days. If you can wait, you will get a quality repair at a fair price."
