"This Wendy's was fine for a while, but went downhill in the last month. There were multiple things wrong with our last two orders: missing condiments for the nuggets, no straws, cold fries, etc. I ordered two sodas for mobile pickup and when I got to the drive-thru, I asked if I could have them without ice since their app does not allow you to select this. I was told that the drinks were already made with ice and it was clear the employee had no intention of fixing it. I don't expect fine dining, but they've been messing up the basics recently."
"Indians dudes at front counter took 30 minutes to take one order, with empty drive through and store. food was good but not worth 45 min wait."
"I had never had their Biggie specials. I have to admit there were a lot of choices. The price of Biggie $6.54 for a double stack! (O.k. it was a slider size burger) 4 nuggets, small fries and a soda was pretty decent. But what I realized when I was there waiting for my food was their selection of awesome looking salads. Haven't tried them but I shall. Looked very fresh and at a great price."
"The combo meals are to expensive for what they are and their menu is always a mess. I pulled up and when asked what I wanted I asked where are the burgers on the menu and the man insisted they were there but all they had on the menu was chicken. After I explained that to him like 3-4 times he finally started reading the burger part of the menu to me. I really didn't want to sit through that so I politely just cut him off and told him I'll take a double burger meal. I'm not sure that's what I wanted but I went with what was easiest under the circumstances. I feel like when I go to this Wendy's I often have issues to the point that I rarely go there or any Wendy's anymore."
