"Very bad food super awful! The worst tacos and salad ever The service was absent; ladies were there but like not paying enough attention as the orders are in a self service device The tortillas were old and the food tasked as it was made last week yuck yuck Go somewhere else!"
"I do not know why restaurants need to blare music so loud and play awful music. First time here…will be my last. The acoustics are awful. When I asked if the music could be turned down, I was told that they had no control over the volume. I should have asked for take-out where I could enjoy some peace and quiet in the silence of my car. People can’t even have a decent conversation because the music is too loud."
"Pre pandemic this place was so good and I preferred it to chipotle. Post pandemic the meat lacks flavor (chicken and pulled pork) and so do the toppings. They need some quality control to come in and assess their use of spices because it tastes like they’re adding nothing to their meat. Additionally the person who prepared my bowl almost forgot 3 of my toppings, luckily I was standing there as she built it and reminded her to add sour cream, cabbage slaw and salsa. I hate to not support a local chain but chipotle is way better. Corporate district taco please read this and do something, I’ll happily come back but not until you address the lack of all flavor in your food."
"This place conflicts me. On one hand, my experience was fantastic. I ordered at a kiosk, my order was called, I had really good chips and a burrito. I didn’t really have to deal with any service at all. But the prices feel really out there. If you’re fine paying for it I guess this place is good. But for me I just felt a little ripped off at the end."
"Food was horrible. I don't know why this place has such good reviews but in my experience, it deserves 0 star. I was not welcomed to come in. The staffs were busy hanging out. I was the only guest but my food took forever to come out. Everything was so cold all the ingredients weren't heated up. The burrito and tacos lack of flavor. So bland. Tastes nothing. They just put a lot of white rice so the burrito looks big but they chopped the fajitas so small it's almost invisible. My first and the last visit here. Strongly not recommend."
