"They don’t help you out. No one is at the front. I asked for female summer uniforms told me to go to the back of store. I said they’re not there she kept saying yes they are. Wouldn’t even show me."
"Alterations shop gave my clothing out to the wrong customer, and they haven’t been able to locate it the past 4 days since I attempted to pick my order up. Don’t take here if you need alterations or dry cleaning done on a quick timeline!"

"We took a jacket in to have patches sown on for our son. The lady told us that due to being so busy it would be done in a week and a half, we paid $80 and left the jacket. My husband went back a week and a half later and they hadn't even started!! They told him they would be done by 4pm to come back. He decided to go back the following day instead of wait around. The following day he went back and they still hadn't even started. He ended waiting 3 hrs sitting in the building because he knew if he left it wouldn't get done, AGAIN! We will not go back to for any reason!! If you want something done find a local place, I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want things done in a timely manner. They should have discounted the job, if they were unable to fulfill their obligation. Very, very disappointed!!! I would have given 0 stars but that's not an option!"
