Food Lion

"I go to this store on the regular because they are open early and right by the house and my kids school and it has always been a pleasant experience until today. I was accused of doing something illegal by an old lady whose been there for 12years and can't believe there might be something she doesn't know. I get digital coupons from Similac and it has a list of stores you can use them at and food Lion is one of them. I went in this morning as I usually do after I drop my other 3 kids off to school and the lady that stops me every time I come in to see my baby wasn't there and apparently she is the only one that knows how to do because the other 4 people there today told me they haven't seen it before or don't know how to do it and the last lady said that something isn't right since only one person knows how to do it that means something is going on that shouldn't be. Did it ever occur to you that you are not the owner of the company there will be stuff you don't know including the list of all the partners the company has. Thank you for having me to take an extra trip out in the cold with my infant."

"Love their sales. I just wish there would be an employee at the service desk. Always a wait for someone to come, even for a quick money order."

"Depending on the time of day you go is how I'd rate this FL. Typically it is a great neighborhood grocery store, I always find what I need at a great price. In addition to being well stocked, it is always clean, and well kept. If you go in the evenings it's like a whole other store. The employees can be rude, or not helpful at all. Another reviewer mentioned how the younger staff have bad customer service, and I would agree. But that is a problem everywhere these days so it's not just here. The management and the people who have been working here for years, are always smiling, kind and attentive. Overall this is 4 stars and I continue to shop here because it is convenient and probably 7 out of 10 visits are positive. ☺️"

"The store is small but still has a decent variety of stuff. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It is located near me and the have self checkout which makes this very convenient for myself. I would give it 5 stars if their men’s bathroom was cleaner/looked nicer….not saying it’s dirty, 90% of gas stations are terrible. Overall I would recommend this place. It is my prime choice in grocery shopping in person."
