"I have been using Wiygul/Goodyear for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their service. My mechanic is excellent. There was 1 small issue this visit which had nothing to do with my mechanic. I bought 4 new tires in October of 2022. I was losing air slowly in 1 tire. After 2 visits they found the leak and plugged the tire. The tire was still losing air. When I had it in for service this week I had them check the tire again. When I picked my car up, I was told I needed to purchase a new tire because the tire could not be repaired because the leak was coming from where they had plugged it previously. I was wondering if the tire was not plugged properly in the first place and if so why do I have to purchase a new tire?"

"First time using Wiygul and definitely coming back whenever we need any car service done. Had a very pleasant experience speaking and scheduling with John A. He’s very helpful and made the entire process easy. They sent us home and picked us up when done. Really amazing experience! I would much say better service here than the new Audi dealership (since the change of management in 2018?) Thank you John! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!"

"This was my first time at Wiygul. Overall a Good experience. My coolant sensor came on and turns out the coolant levels were low. Initially declined the BG coolant flush but then was told that it’s highly recommended. Can’t tell if I got upsold unnecessarily or not but we’ll find out when I use them again for my next service. I do intend to give them another shot for my 50k mile service."

"We've usually had a great experience here. But the past few experiences left a lot to be desired. On my most recent trip I took my vehicle in for a simple synthetic oil change. I had an appointment at 9:15am. I went home and went about my day. I didn't hear anything at all by late afternoon. I ended up calling at 4:30pm and was told that it would still take about an hour. The person seemed to have just made up an excuse saying that my model year's oil filter is unique and needed to be gotten from the dealer (which isn't true). It doesn't make sense how one schedules an appointment and that legitimately means nothing. There wasn't a phone call update that there would be a delay, I had to call to get any information. I understand a shop being busy, but it shouldn't take all day for an oil change that was scheduled with a morning appointment. When I went in to pick up the car, they didn't explain anything about the situation. They didn't provide any of the information from the multi point inspection, and they had no clue that I had their online coupon on my reservation. It was a very sloppy experience and I'll probably be finding another shop. Previously when we moved years ago we had some very good experiences here, but this past year has changed our mind about this shop."

"Front desk was nice and helpful but it took me 5 hours to get a tire alignment when I left the car at 7am with an appointment. When I called around the 3 hour mark they said my car was next in line as there was another car using the machine that took longer than expected. I feel like this was an obvious lie and they most likely complete forgot to service my car until I called."
