"I've always liked Auto Zone. They're great stores and they've always had what I needed. Now they're down the road from me in Burke and it takes like two minutes for me to get there and that is perfect. Don't get me wrong. I'm not a "car guy" and by that I mean I drive but I don't fix. Grew up in NYC where 90% of us didn't learn to drive till I was 24 or 25. In fact I can and do drive a stick shift. That's something a lot of people can't do. What I missed out on growing up was my dad showing me the how(s) and the why(s) and routine maintenance. Like making sure the oil gets changed or doing all the small things that keeps you from having big repair bills. I can tell you everything about TV and video games but that is about it. I met the manager, Ryan, today and he was really helpful. He must have known that I was having trouble figuring out what I needed and he volunteered to help me. I said yes and he asked me a few questions about what I needed and he showed me a few items and explained the differences between them. He did it in a way that I could truly say I understood. I was going to buy more than I needed but he saved me from all that. Which tells me he's honest and smart cause I get that kind of service I always come back. Makes my life easier."

"what a wonderful store and service. A true find in the ever changing world of poor service. I first called to make sure they had my hard to find odd shaped rear blade and they did. The manager held it for me. I mistakenly went to a competing store advance auto which was not interested in helping at all!!!! Luckily I realized my mistake and so glad I did. My vehicle did not immediately fit the standard wiper and a very patient Chase went through all the wipers until he found the one that fit. He and his colleague spent time on me and another customer while quickly running back to run the register to make sure no line formed. Just efficient, pleasant and such a huge contrast to the other store. Thank you all"
