"I went in for my 10K service. Scheduling the appointment using their online system was easy. My SA Ronald was expecting me when I arrived. He discussed my options with me and went over the paperwork (a large potion of which was digital). I was provided with a loaner. Everyone at the service dept. was pleasant to deal with. Their service dept. has a glass wall which inspires a lot of confidence in their work. I was on my way shortly. Later in the afternoon I was sent a video with the mechanic going over my inspection items (tires, brakes etc.). That is new. I have not had anyone provide this before. The service was completed promptly. When I came to pickup the car, it was already waiting for me in the service lane. Ronald had made sure that my inspection sticker was put on straight as I requested. Grabbed a bottle of water and toured the show room with my daughter before heading out. All in all, an excellent experience. Highly recommend Porsche of Tysons service dept."
