"This is only my 2nd time having Ramen in my life (not counting the 10 cent bags from the college days). Definitely going to be one of my new favorites. I got the Shoyu Ramen and sub'd brisket slices, added mushrooms. The flavors were great. I could eat those mushrooms all day. I did have to wait a few minutes past the time I scheduled pickup, but it was totally worth it."

"REVISED: First time dining in at this restaurant and the food was really good. The meat was seasoned well, the vegetables tasted fresh, and the presentation of your plate is beautiful. As a note, you have to scan a QR code to obtain the menu, there is no written version and there is very limited seating and space to wait inside. If it is your first time dining here, be aware that it is much better to order ahead since everything is online. When it is busy you can expect a 40 min wait, but normally about a 20 min wait. There IS a vegetarian bowl/vegetarian option, (see comment under review), but as typical, make sure to clarify which is being used for good measure. Otherwise, I commend the owner for their hard work and personable attitude in the midst of rush."
