"The Taco Bell/ Long John Slivers in Farmville Va has been the worst this past year. They are never open time. One time when I came they said they don’t open until an hour and 40-50 minutes than the original time they suppose to open. I also have received the wrong food twice back to back. They have told my mother that fish would take an hour before she could received it. My last strike was when I was at the drive thru the other day . I asked a question and general manager got smart with me . The leadership is horrible and the service is terrible. Hope to hear improvement in the future but for now me and my family will not support this establishment in this location."
"My wife and I went drive thru at Salem. VA location. When placing our order found that they were out of chivjen tomatoes abd sour cream. I reached out to corporate via email and was never contacted with follow up. Clearly. They're feel if I ignore it, it will go away. For me...you lost a custmer!"
