"WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I want the seafood chimichanga and asked if it could be made without onions, the unpleasant hostess stated yes. Once I got my food, I noticed that there indeed were onions and absolutely no crab, as advertised. I ordered the sangria which tastes like pure tequila and I told the hostess and they did not remove it from my ticket. I usually tips graciously but not this time. Don't waste your time here."

"This place was so good! I sometimes do doordash on the side and when I went to pick up a order it smelled so good inside. So I made my fiance take me here the next day to try the food and it was so tasty and yummy. I got the chicken Fajita quesadillas and he got the nachos I think with shrimp and steak. The service was great too. I will definitely come back here again."

"We went on Cinco de Mayo when it was super packed, and they did not disappoint. By far the absolute best tacos I’ve ever had in the area (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake). I ordered 3 street tacos: Chorizo, Grilled Chicken and Steak. Every single one was super flavorful, moist and cooked perfectly. I could see and taste the sear of the meat from the hot flame, the tortillas even had a great char and flavor, plus they didn’t fall apart even though they were not doubled like some other restaurants do to make up for their awfully made tortillas. The onions tasted soooo fresh with a slight sweetness to it, and the cilantro tasted equally as fresh. You can tell they put the tacos together in a hurry from the rough chops, but I think it neither affected the presentation or the taste. Our food came extremely fast, and I was starving so this was really pleasing (table of 4). Our server was good, we were patient regardless because everyone is human and plus it’s Cinco de Mayo so can’t really complain when there’s a full house. Absolutely amazing, and will come again."

"Great environment! Great Banda music giving an special vibe, the food is really delicious and the prices are reasonable! Variety of beers and other drinks, this is a must go place! Way better than other restaurants like Jose tequilas or Azteca"

"Easter weekend..Saturday night about 6pm. This would be my first experience with Gran Rodeo. I was really pleased with the flavors. I ordered a burrito with chicken, steak, and chorizo...can't remember the name and this combination is not listed on the online menu. The chorizo made the meal. Overall, I would have given a fifth star but I was somewhat displeased with the Texas Dip - steak, shrimp, chicken. Dip should be a thick right. Very very flavorful but it became a contest not to drip it on the table from the pan to my mouth. The two photos below are the burrito, texas dip, and my wife's nachos. She asked for sour cream and recieved a very genorous portion. We will certainly return to Gran Rodeo without a doubt."
