"This is seriously one of my spots to eat. Food is always hot and delicious. The staff is so friendly, and the manager Larry was very helpful in his recommendations of trying something new. The whole staff was just 5 star service. I drive all the way from oceanfront to come to Northampton Taco Bell cause the service is amazing."
"Stopped by to order, I was told only doordash was accepted and i had to wait in line to get out. I told them they should have a sign before you pull in. No explanation, no apologies nothing, not even a coupon for inconvenience. Customer Service is out the window. Cashier was rude. It was early 6:30pm Friday 12-15-23"
"Went there to dine in person on front counter disappeared and never came back after waiting 15 minutes. Asked someone if someone was taking orders and he said use the kiosk to busy to personally wait on people. So I walked out with absolutely nothing"
"Today around 5:30-6PM (unsure as no receipt was provided) my fiance and I went through the drive thru. as we were handed our food the man at the drive thru window SPIT out his window at the side of our car, looked like chewing tobacco. absolutely disgusting!!! tried calling to speak with the manager and the phone is disconnected. walked inside and waited at the counter for minutes and no one came over to help or acknowledged my presence. me and another customer walked out."
"Fantastic service through drive thru. Within 2 minutes including Time to order and pay the food was ready and in my hands. The staff were professional and fast. Food was fresh and correctly made. I was highly impressed by the quality and service of this taco bell! Napkins and correct sauce given! Thank you!"
