"They fixed what needed to be fixed, and everyone was nice enough, but they had our car for over 2 weeks and could have been better about communication as to why. Luckily, we didn't urgently need the car, but communication is something that could be improved."

"((UPDATED))I put my SUV in this shop a couple of months ago they said it would be two weeks to fix i knew right then and there it was going to be a big problem they was only supposed to do a estimate to see if my truck was totaled I called them a couple days later after giving them my SUV they had already took the bumper off and sent the estimate to the insurance for payment my SUV was said to be totalled by another shop so I brought it affordable automotive for a second option after a month of them having it I went to take pictures of it with the bumper off it looked horrible it was bent in wards horribly behind the bumper leaking fluids my truck is stuck in 4 wheel drive low my airbag had deployed I could barely turn my front wheels it's leaking something that smells like gas it clicks horribly when i drive it the driver assist system is out front lights are out the fan in the front of my truck doesn't cut off for a while after I cut the vehicle off that's going to go out at some point and it's not going to cool my truck off and when I went to the front desk to ask them what they were repairing he said only the bumper and some bracket that holds the fan and the steering wheel that's it!! I don't understand how that's safe at all I truly feel like my truck is totalled but they just wanted to make some fast money they said it was too late to remove my truck from there shop and that the insurance had already paid them so I was stuck with them I and struck with only a cosmetic repair job and a totalled SUV I feel as though they don't really care about the safety of the general public but hopefully they get everything repaired correctly so that I can return with a wonderful review ((UPDATE)) They still have my truck with absolutely no work done it's November 6th"
