"I think the people here are nice but I don’t think the place is run professionally. I called to get my battery changed they said it will take 1.5 - 2 hours. After 2:30 hours I had to remind them my car is still in the front parking lot not touched. A front desk employee was very nice took it in. Which means they had time to do it but they didn’t. Isn’t that extra cost for them?? If I had seen previous reviews I wouldn’t have come. I may not choose this place as it’s difficult when they don’t appreciate your time or theirs."

"I went in to have my battery replaced. They thought they had the battery that I needed in stock, but because I have the auto start system, there's 2 batteries in my car and they didn't have the one that was needed. So they contacted stores around the area to see if they had one. I was originally quoted $250, which is fine, because that's what I expected. But because they had to go get this battery, I was then charged five hundred and fifty eight dollars. I paid the amount that was due and left. I was continuing my errands around that area and started to smell anti-frezee and thought maybe because of the inconvenience of the battery that they were gonna be nice enough to make sure all my fluids were topped off, since I know they do a courtesy inspection on every customer's car. On the next day my car was overheating. So I took it back in and a manager came out to look at my vehicle and we discovered that the cover of the reservoir was off. There was coolant battery and all over the inside of my car. And they are trying to tell me that it wasn't their fault. They also told me that they have no reason to take off the cap. Well, when they do their inspections, they take off the cover to the reservoir for your coolant, to test that and they also test your oil with little strips to make sure that everything is okay. And instead of just admitting that the employee left the cover off, they felt it's more important to make the customer look bad. So what is it? Am I wrong and you didn't perform a company wide service or did your employee show they were human and made a mistake? I don't know what has happened to the store. But it used to be a really good store where they took care of the customer and they knew where their paycheck came from."
