"I can't believe what I just experienced at this place first of all it's filthy second of all I placed an order, was given the wrong order and the order that I did get tasted like poison! Buffalo chicken...dont get it. when I tried to tell them it wasn't good and I would buy another sandwich she tried to tell me that she would comp it and then the manager said he wouldn't bc I ordered it!!! I paid for something I didn't order and it tasted horrible and no compensation???? it was an overall bad experience I used to go there a lot and I'll never go back. Management at hilltop West, 2:15 shift."
"Honestly I've never had a bad experience at Panera because Ive never eaten there. I usually go thru the drive thru and they are always pleasant. There coffee is weak to me but to be fair I'm a dark roast kinda girl. Sign up for there rewards program...it's one of the best out there!"
"After seeing a commercial for free delivery through the Panera app we ordered. Jokes on us because we never received our food! It's through Doordash NOT Panera and no human will answer the delivery number listed. After calling the store the girl that answered was extremely rude. Once transferred to Zach, the manager, he was almost as bad. Never once did they offer to redeliver our food! Told to cancel and recorder. Why so I can be out $145 at this point?"
"Food was delicious, also fast service and friendly staff! We were able to order the chicken panini even though it wasn’t on the official menu. Also, mac and cheese was delicious as always!"
