"Grabbed food to go while waiting for a delayed flight. We waited 10 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us. I ordered the jet chicken farro bowl and my husband ordered the cockpit (Nashville hot sandwich) after trying to order the quesadilla and learning they were out of pulled chicken. Upon opening my bowl, it appeared they gave me more of a salad and less of a grain bowl as it didn’t have any farro. I went back, received a small condiment cup of farro, and was informed that is the normal amount for the farro based bowl. My husband’s sandwich was so mushy that the toast on the bottom couldn’t be eaten. The chicken itself was good though. After paying $50 for sub par food, I wouldn’t have high expectations when choosing to eat here."
"I just left Club Level Grill after ordering a burrata salad to go. Upon getting on my flight and opening the box, I was *shocked* to have received this. A few tomatoes and some cut up(?) scraps of bread. This salad plus a water cost $25. Not only am I frustrated, I feel cheated that I can’t get off the plane and get my money back. Truly disappointing and disrespectful to me as a customer."
