"We needed a quick place to get some good, hot food and Outback, like usual, did not disappoint! Chris was great and attentive - even after we had him grab us bread three times! Lol. The GM stopped to chat with us for a bit as well. Always have a great experience here!"
"The food was mid your honor, but the customer service on that Chris guy was stupendous and sublime! I've heard he's saved a kitten out of a burning house once! Mac and cheese was to die for; like I went into cardiac arrest and Chris saved me!"
"We've become semi-regulars here and tonight we had an absolutely amazing experience. Caleb was an awesome server and very attentive to our needs. Drinks never went empty, and we never had to wait long for anything extra we asked for. The food was amazing as usual. Highly recommend the Mechanicsville location."
"We really enjoyed our Mechanicsville Outback experience. The salads were fresh and tasty. Loved the french onion soup. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the caramel cookie was the best. The waitress was so very sweet and attentive too."
"We decided on a quick date night and picked this location. This location used to be a go to but post covid the service here has become lack luster at best. Started with being immediately seated but at a dirty table. We ordered two appetizers an two entrees. The appetizers never showed up...strike two. Meals came and were hot and flavorful. Fiancés salad was clean crisp with fresh veggies. We ordered Shirley Temples for our drinks but begged for refills for the reminder of the date. Overall not a good date night spot due to the service. Since the pandemic it has suffered at this location. I will commend the cook staff though."
