"Efficient & friendly service. Patiently answered my questions too. Dryer fixed within minutes. I had been mentally preparing to buy a new one (based on what another repair place suggested over the phone). Thanks!"

"Highly recommend this repair company. Excellent communication. They texted to remind about service, texted to give a heads up on arrival time. Given a window of time for arrival, they were always on the early side (so you aren’t WASTING your entire day WAITING). Technician was friendly & professional and pricing for my part I felt was fair. They guarantee parts and labor for 90 days. Excellent experience with G H Appliance Repair."

"I have used this appliance repair company on several occasions. Each time they were able to fit me into the schedule and address my issues. They always show up during the allotted time and fix the problem. Not only will I call them again for an appliance issue but I will also recommend them to others"

"I'll say up front that if all goes well, you'll be happy you hired this company. All the positive reviews tell you that much anti makes sense. It's when things don't go well that you find out whether you're dealing with cares about its relationship with its customers. We paid $1,300+ to have our ice maker fixed last November. The bulk of that was GH Appliance repairing the closed system (ie not so much parts, but rather their repair skill). Fast forward well less than a year and it looks like the problem is still there. I called to ask about their warranty and was told it's 90 days. I pointed out that in this case the repair was mostly about their skill (ie they repaired the actual system vs. just bolting on an errant part) and asked whether in this case they'd stand behind their work. The owner said no - 90 days and that it was highly unlikely it was the closed system repairs they did. I asked if in the highly unlikely event that it was the closed system, would they at least stand behind that? No. I get it - you have to draw the line somewhere, but you can't charge $1300 for a repair of that nature and then expect that someone's going to give you another $1300 to do it all again 9 months later. I'd have been willing to share the cost of re-doing the repairs, but they just didn't seem to care whether or not their work held up past 90 whole days. Like I said at the beginning - if all goes well with your repairs you'll be happy. That's true of every single appliance repair company you hire. It's how they respond when things don't go well that you ought to be thinking about. Edit: Since someone from GH Appliance Repair responded to this review (of course with only partial information), I'll add some clarification. My request of GH Appliance Repair was that IF it was the chill plate that had failed, would that stand behind their work? They refused, saying it's "likely not the issue." Then I said "but if it IS..." and they still said no because it was highly unlikely. Then I asked again "even though it's highly unlikely, if THAT is the problem, will you stand by your repair?" No. So my refusal to have it diagnosed was because I no longer want to do business with them. I'd have gladly paid to have them come out and diagnose and fix the problem as long as it wasn't their own failed repair job that was the problem. If it was their repair that failed, I'd expect them to fix it. They wouldn't agree to that - hence my review. Like I said, if everything goes well with your repair, you'll likely rate them five stars. But things don't always go well and that's when you learn who you want to do business with."
