"So I come here anytime I go to the bjs off 295. I came tonight and ordered the bo chicken sandwich in the drive thru and told them no mayo.... the gentleman st the window was kinda rude to another employee because My order wasn't ready yet. Then he proceeded to give me the order. I left as I had somewhere to be and when I opened my sandwich to put ketchup on it IT had MAYO ON IT! So that was unfortunate as I was already back on highway and couldn't turn around so a waste of 10 bucks for this meal. So disappointing"

"Sometimes locations close during regular business hours. When they do, it's appropriate to at the *minimum* put a sign on the door. Last two times I've gone to this location for a work meeting (don't ask) during weekday lunchtime, the dining room has been inexplicably closed. Incredibly frustrating because the food is always good, but the service is hit or miss. Respect your customers."

"I understand this isn't a busy establishment. However, it's often closed prior to closing time (within 10 minutes). So, often we cannot even attempt to get food here. We normally eat late because if our schedules. Went today and it was still open. So, I ordered my Bo cheddar biscuit meal. My cheddar biscuit was old and the Bo tots were so old they were hard. I used to work beside a different location (Lakeview) and they always were hot and fresh. This location would benefit from watching the times on the already warmed food. If it's hard toss it. The fries were shriveled from being old. No way my grandson could eat them. The employees were pleasant and the store wasn't filthy. But the quality of the food was the issue. We spent almost 50.00 to feed a family and had much higher expectations."
