"I had a problem repairing my Kirby at home; took it to a competing vac store and they tried but couldn't help. Took it to Vac City, an authorized Kirby dealer, and Gordon Gunn told me instantly the "secret." I took it home and fixed it without further problems. I will take it here in the future, for sure. Mr. Gunn was very helpful, knowledgeable, and generous. Best of all, my Kirby is like new again."
