"I was in this area running errands when I got a hankering for a Firehouse sub. I'm really picky about which Firehouse location I choose to get my sub, but I was out of the way of my favorite location in White Oak Village and Virginia Center Pkwy. Google maps led me to this one. The restaurant was not busy at all; I was there between the hours of 2:30 and 3 p.m. The employees were nice, the tables and bathrooms were clean. They ran out of sweet tea and I told the male employee; it was ready by the time we wanted a refill. Our food was served promptly and exactly how we ordered it. Customer service: excellent. Cleanliness: excellent. Food: awesome. I have another Firehouse sub location add to my list of five star restaurants."
