"Been coming here since August love the workers food was great. Now when you go the tomato soup is never the same. They know this but if you tell them it seems you’re the problem. Mind you I’ve been coming at least 3 times a week. Today I came in and it was a new waitress and no one would help me or understand the soup taste like their original which is the base for every soup. I ask for the manager and nothing. I didn’t even eat. The manager on duty definitely has poor communication skills. She never once offered any resolution at all. This will be my last time can’t wait for the new in short pump to open up mind you this place is expensive and I’ve over tipped. I given tip to everyone working and it doesn’t matter. Doesn’t pay to be nice to people. I have been to both locations and the same problem. Why offer a soup you can’t make every time. I just enjoyed the food all the drama and stuff behind the scenes I didn’t care about which was consistent. I always had to hear about. I was just nice smiled and listened. My first experience here wasn’t a good one. I had a waitress tell me training starts a home talking about my child. Which I assure he’s never been in trouble or rude or anything. He says yes ma’am no ma’am and yes sir no sir. It’s very sad when you support a local business and they don’t care. The actual manager he is amazing."

"What a great place. They do KBBQ AND hot pot at the table. Tons of optiobs on the menu. The soup bases are almost too many to choose. Staff is quick and friendly. Restaurant was clean and the food was awesome. Will definitely be back!"

"This wasn’t worth the $100 we spent here. Our server had a party of 12+ and was clearly overwhelmed that he was still being sat. It took an hour before we were able to eat our food. Our food was delivered and we have no utensils to eat. We had to ask other waitresses/food runners for help. Then all they would do is tell our waiter that we needed help and then we would be waiting. Our drinks were empty and the amount of time we had to wait, we did NOT get to enjoy ourselves. After watching everything behind the bar, another gentleman asks if we wanted to order more. I’m not sure if he was a manager or not but we just wanted the check. I didn’t complain at the store because it wasn’t the waiters fault that the restaurant kept over seating him, but for him to continually say he was busy with the party, we Were paying customer too. Plus there bathrooms look like they’ve never seen bleach. Update: I woke up around 3:30 and started vomiting. I can only assume that their kitchen is as clean as their bathrooms."

"Lots of options to choose from for both the BBQ options and/or the hot pot. Food was very good. Service was good as well. It was a busy weekend evening, and the manager made rounds on tables to make sure everyone was getting their orders in. Most BBQ places have ventilation right above the grill, but it does not, so it does get a bit smoky inside the restaurant once most of the grills are going. We really liked the sauce bar to get whatever sauce you want. They also had stuff such as Kim chi, cucumber, seaweed salad, and some desserts to get yourself. Overall, we over ate. I would return and bring friends/family."

"Overall, very disappointing experience. The waitress did a poor job of communicating effectively. No info provided on options, cooking times, nor overall process. Fortunately having eaten at several Fondue restaurants, I had a working knowledge. The meats were paper thin and there were no legitimate desert options ( 1 inch square cakes and cups of ice cream). An adjacent table was burning their meats which made the smell intolerable. Aside from the great service at the bar, an otherwise underwhelming experience. I seriously doubt we will return."
