Taco Bell

"I don't do Taco Bell much because of prices. They no longer have the shredded chicken quesadilla which I loved. But they had the three cheese shredded chicken flatbread which I ordered. It was good- just not enough shredded chicken in the flatbread. Not enough inside portions to match the size and thickness of the flatbread.. otherwise okay. It has enough flavor for me to get that product again- might have to ask them to double up on the portions"

"Usually the staff is super friendly, especially the one lady who is always at the drive thru window. However, today I placed a mobile order and was told to come back in 5 mins by the manager because they had a large order ahead of me. What sense does it make to order ahead just to be told to come back? Now I’m currently back at the speaker and they told me they gave my order to someone else and have to remake it. SERIOUSLY?!"

"Ordered the Chalupa meal on dine in. One of my Chalupa shells was hard, it was replaced with ease and no push back. So overall, can't complain. The visit was pleasant and the food was good."

"Came thru the drive thru 9/17/23 and was told to wait at the first window, pulled up waited for 10 mins with no one else in line so we pulled up to the next window and was immediately yelled at by the manager “I told you to wait at the speaker!” “What’s your order!?” It was a mobile order so we told her the name and she immediately grabs our food that has been ready and hands us our iced coffee then as we are checking everything is in the bag and correct she says “ You gotta go get moving, go.” And motions her hand in a shewing manner. I’ve worked in customer service and retail since I was 16 and it doesn’t take a genius to know that’s not how you treat people no matter what I understand the fast food industry is different from retail but the customer service is not you don’t treat people that are saying please and thank you like dogs your feeding on the streets. I really don’t see how she is a manager or has a job at all really actually I don’t see how there’s employees to work with her if she treats them like the customers."

"Around 6:30pm September 15 I ordered some food inside this location. My friend and I overheard the manager telling an employee not to throw out a drink that had been made but never picked up, because that was wasteful and they could wash out the cup and re-use it. The employee just did as he was told but i could tell he didn’t want to. That is incredibly unhygienic and I can’t imagine what other practices they have going on."
