"Eric is the only reason I continue to go to this location. He is so kind and makes you feel so welcome. The rest of the crew is unprofessional and have the worst attitudes, especially the night crew.. they stay in the back even if they hear the door chime go off. You walk up to place your order and they stare at you like you’re crazy. Needless to say, I’ll most definitely stop ordering at night, even though it’s a convenience for me after a long day of work. So sad.. the big guy who works at night and wears glasses needs a new profession."

"If I could give them a zero I would Monday through Friday unless you have a hour lunch just skip even going there staff moves with no urgency. I thought one day let me beat the system and order online still took 45 mins. Honestly pretty pissed I wasted my entire lunch watching your staff make a sandwich one by one and left still hungry. To the GM who probably doesn’t care please send someone you know in on a lunch rush so you can fix it"

"I don't really understand why they stopped putting food at the pickup shelves, so now whenever people order takeout they have to cut in line and ask them to find the food. It's much more obtrusive and the employees like to pretend like they can't see you. Several times in thr last month they have completely forgotten to make my order and I've had to stand there and wait while they serve the people in line even though my order is over 30 min past ready for pickup."

"3/31/21 We went for their Day of Giving. This time we ordered #56, the Big Kahuna. It was great. We added lettuce, tomatoes & mayo & skipped the jalapeno peppers. I like the fact that you can omit the salt. Juicy & delicious. See pic below. Our 1st time ordering a hot sub. The #17 was delicious. We went on St. Patrick's Day for double points. I did not receive them. One brief message through the app, I received the rest of my points. It was confirmed by an email with a sincere apology. We make mistakes....it's how we rectify them, that makes the difference."
