"I went to Wendy’s at 7809 Midlothian turnpike yesterday. I am very ill person and I’m in the final stages of life. I have 6 months to live. My husband wanted me to go thru drive thru but I walked right in side. I got waited on right away. I can only eat so much and when I find something I can eat, I go for it. I bought a apple pecan salad. I had tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese on it. I had them take off the grilled chicken and blue cheese crumble. I had 3 people waiting on me, they were so nice and smiling. To help get my salad together. They were the best. I want to recognize those employees for making my experience great. That was the first time I’ve been out of my hose in 2 months, walking. I lost my receipt. What special people they were. 2 guys and a female. Thank you Wendy’s for going up and beyond my expectations! Sue Moses"
"The guy was rude that took our drive thru order. He kept yelling is that all constantly. Pulling up to the window the person was rude. My fries were cold. They don't even deserve 1 star."
"Doesn't get the order right. When I substituted apples for fries I got a tiny container halfway filled up, yet you charged me full price for my meal but I didn't get the same size apples as I would fries. Frosty machines are either down or they don't have chocolate. The employees are either argumentative or just don't want to be bothered."
"Really disappointed. Went there for my fav, Asiago chicken club, which has always been excellent at other Wendy's, but this was bad. Chicken should not be chewy. It was everything you don't want in a chicken sandwich. I will say that their small fries were bigger than Burger King's medium, but I wasn't there for the fries...and look at all the dang "heels"!! A very sad tomato and burned bun. Yeah, disappointed."
