"Ordered from kiosk. No one at front. Person who put breakfast burrito together plopped the bag other counter instead of handing it to me. I was in front of her with my arm out to receive it. I said thank you and she did not even acknowledge my existence. She was wearing a hijab. Maybe she doesn't like Asians?"

"I just won't go there anymore. My 2 orders were both incorrect and lukewarm. Staff wasn't friendly. The 2nd order order was awful. Nacho fries were cold. Just ratchet. If I wasn't in a hurry in would have gotten my money back."

"Ordered at the kiosk and waited around 20 minutes. Had to drop my car off at the dealer and when I walked back to ask about it they didn't know what I was talking about and then turned to take the next order. Ended up just leaving. I'm not even mad at this point just confused."

"Waited at counter for like 5 minutes and saw two people and no one said anything. Then I turned around and saw order screens so I ordered there. Food was poorly put together and quesadilla was thrown together and folded in half stuff coming all out of it. Taco was hard one and was mushy and all broken. Doesn't seem like anyone at this location wants to work. Needs to find people who want to work and provide customer service. Told agent thank you and she said umm hmm. What type of response is that."

"Every single time we’ve come to this taco bell they get the orders wrong and their customer service is awful. They always have an attitude. We came here and got a nachos bell grande with extra meat, 2 beef chalupas and 2 original tacos. Instead of extra meat on the nachos we were given extra beans and no meat. The nacho chips were absolutely stale and clearly old. the chalupas and taco shells were also stale and super hard literally to the point it hurt my teeth and irritated my teeth and bled a bit. We were also short changed not by much and lied to saying she gave us all of it and of course gave us an attitude when we mentioned it so we pulled away. I’m one who doesn’t like to cause problems or complain because I try and understand but this is my third or fourth time getting literal trash. We understand fast food isn’t supposed to be gourmet or top tier but it literally was so hard to eat and was so expensive for actual trash."
