"I stumbled across this place after going to the Richmond Tattoo Festival. I ordered the Buffalo winds and fries and it was absolutely delicious. The wing/fries were a generous size that I could only eat five wings. Jeanette, Sabrina and Shante were very attentive and nice. I would definitely come back to try the honey sriracha wings. Keep doing a great job!!"

"I saw a review that said not wheel chair accessible, not true. There are stairs, but also a door on side which has no stairs. Accessible for everyone. Lots of variety of good food! Great service and Great cooks"
"I worked in the bistro, there are stairs so it's not wheelchair accessible. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, items are not the norm, we only have one meal that is vegetarian and no vegan or gluten-free specific meals besides the one vegetarian but I know the Kooks will always do their best to make food requests happen."
