If you are looking for a healthy meal composed of quality protein, fresh veggies, and healthy grains with a Mediterranean twist, look no further! My daughter has an egg allergy and I think it's awesome that they have all of the ingredients and items on their menu listed out by special diet and allergens. They even have kids meals. It's laid out like Chipotle where you choose what you want going down the line. They have a lot of variety to choose from. Definitely a place I'm going to be taking my family when I'm too tired to cook dinner! This is exactly what I've been looking for -- quick, healthy, and kid-friendly food at a low(er) price point."

"We were met at the door with a pleasant aromatic smell from inside. The spacious interior is very attractive with colorful floor tiles, lighting, and a half wall of shelving behind the serving line occupied by jarred vegetables. The serving line was clean, well-designed, and made choices easy to make. Everything looked fresh and appetizing with plenty of selections. You will choose a base layer, one protein, then whatever, and however many extras toppings after that. We thoroughly enjoyed the bowls we created. There's another similar competitor in the area. We concluded that we preferred Mezah for its decor, its wide selection, and the quality & taste of its food."
