"I have lost all faith in this location. I have walked out many times due to no ingredients to make my order. Today I got home and removed the lid from my coffee it's almost 2 inches from being full. Thanks for the poor service ! The seating are is always disgusting but the employees are joking and playing around, Do Your Job and clean up the place!!! Obviously Corporate needs to step in and clean up this location. Drive thru extra 2 miles to the next Starbucks! This is sad because I try to focus my reviews on the positive, after a few visits to a location."
"I get the same thing every time I come to this location. A hot vanilla latte. Usually it comes out great, but the last two times it's come out bitter. It tastes like instead of pumping in regular vanilla syrup they're using sugar free and that is not what I asked for. I wouldn't have written this if it didn't happen more than once. People have sensitivities to artificial sweeteners and it seems pretty bad to just not disclose that they're using a sugar free syrup. Unless the bottle is just not disclosing that it's sugar free and it's a mistake. If that's the case though it seems as if they need to work on their organization skills so they know where the proper ingredients are and they're labeled correctly."
"After waiting in line behind a car for over 10 minutes and being late to an appointment, the cashier instructed me to drive back around and wait a second time because the entrance I took did not pass the order box. I informed her that the entrance i took to turn in didn't pass by the order box and that a sign should be posted. She replied "I know, but you still need to go back around and wait in line again and order from there." Is it really that difficult to take an order from the window? Unbelievable."
"This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly. The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously."
