"The inside is dark and relaxing. I like the long tables in the middle of the store. The small tables along the front window are nice and cozy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I had the chocolate croissant and an iced carmel macciato. Nice treat."
"I’ve been to this location before and most times it’s been fine. Today is probably the first bad experience yet. There’s an employee by name of Chaya, who has the worst facial expression and unfriendliness manner ever. No greetings or smile. If you work and deal with the public, at least try to have a better attitude because you never know what people are going through every day. Her attitude definitely is not professional and I hope she finds time to realize that."
"Used to love going to this location but now it’s not my favorite spot, I find it crazy that some baristas can’t make my regular drink right, it’s always to much espresso or no almond milk or using whip instead of the cold foam I pay extra for or not enough white chocolate, like the ingredients are on the sticker it’s not hard to double check. They used to have awesome employees who went above and beyond now it’s basic,"
"This is a very busy location before 8 am on weekdays and especially on Saturday and Sunday late morning. Sometimes, they get backed up with orders and traffic. I truly don't care for the layout of the exterior. Sometimes, when exiting onto Mercury Blvd, you get caught behind the drive thru lane and customers exiting. The wait to pull out is sometimes in excess of 5 minutes. The interior is quaint and tidy. The staff is friendly and has a sense or urgency most days. The drinks are not always consistent with preparation. This is the most convenient location, and I do appreciate having it nearby."
"Good locations. Drinks came out fast, place was well kept and clean, service was okay, not the friendliest and coffee (pike roast) tasted old, could have been since I ordered mid day at 3 pm. Location is very convenient around very busy area. Small space for parking/drive thru but plenty room available at business around and lot in back. Dining area was spacious. Average Starbucks quality."
