"As a previous employee, I am shocked at the lack of customer service!! As an employee, we were trained to greet and help every customer and to provide a positive experience for anyone who visited the store! last night during my visit, employees were walking around the whole store and no one greeted me, asked me if I needed any help, no one took my clothes for me to start a fitting room, No one checked on me in the fitting room, no one said anything about walking out of the store. it’s been close to a year since I’ve been in the store and I was shocked and very saddened. There were multiple items that I was trying on that needed different sizes and also to check for online sizes. I guarantee if anyone would’ve checked on me, I would’ve made a large purchase. Horrible experience, and very unfortunate. The store was a mess! It was close to 7:30 and there were 2 other customers in the store and 4 employees. I want to reiterate how very unwelcoming it was."
