"I visited this location today and was very disappointed at my experience. I usually go to the Chesterfield Town Center location and always have a great experience and purchase a lot there, so I expected nothing less at Short Pump. Sadly, that was not the case. I walked in and the associate was helping a customer, I wasn’t greeted. I work in retail so I understand sometimes you are in conversation and can’t stop abruptly to say hello (even though it takes 2 secs) but I didn’t make a huge deal of it and kept browsing. She stops her conversation and still says nothing to me. About 3 minutes later (if that) two girls walk in and receive an awesome “hey welcome in ladies!” A few minutes go by, still nothing to me. She then proceeds to ask the girls if they need help finding anything. I’m appalled at this point and can’t help but to realize I am the only woman of color in the store at this point. I really wanted to keep shopping but I was so upset that I just turned around and left. Maybe the associate realized what she had done, because then she shouts “have a good day!” As I’m leaving. Extremely poor customer service!"
"Their staff was amazing, even at 8 am on Black Friday. A girl named Rachel greeted everyone when they walked in, and staff was constantly checking in on us even though they were packed. Great customer service!"
