"Update 1 year later: I was out of this area for 6 months. Came back and gave it a shot again. Even worse now. Ordered a Cold Brew on the app, waited in store, "we're out of Cold Brew, can we get you something else?". So now they won't update their app page like every other Starbucks will when something isn't available...they'll just take your money and hope you choose something else. I simply asked for a refund but was told they can't refund if it was done through the app and I have to use the app for a refund. Only thing is it's not that simple and I had to have another barista play around on the app only to give up and tell me to contact corporate... Easy enough but it reflects incredibly poorly on the manager that their employees are passing bad info/unsure of what to do in a somewhat routine situation. Poorly managed store that benefits from the fact that it's on base. Convenience is the only thing this place has going for it. Routinely doesn't have cold brew ready in the mornings (and this isn't a new/supply chain issue. It's been like this for years). Nothing like swinging in past 830am to hear "we don't have the cold brew ready yet.""
"I will never go to this Starbucks again. I ordered a venti shaken espresso and customized it and when I got there the cup wasn’t even half way full. She said that’s how they’re supposed to be without ice. I told her I order these all the time from other Starbucks. Complete disappointment. My other coffee wasn’t full either and I’m usually asked if I want more milk to fill it up. I will not go to this location again."
